This route is intended for non-EU nationals who want to develop an innovative business project of particular economic interest to Spain.
Entrepreneurs moving to Spain to develop a qualifying project may also be eligible for the special inbound-worker tax regime commonly known as Beckham’s Law. Eligibility depends on the business activity and relocation conditions; we can coordinate specialist tax advice.
